Job Overview
This position offers a comprehensive package including:

Desired Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of progressive management experience in a reputable restaurant and/or luxury hotel
- A positive and self-motivated disposition with a commitment to excellence and team success
- Experience hiring, training and mentoring a large diverse hourly staff
- The ability to maintain and train steps of services through the restaurant’s hourly team while adding informative training opportunities when applicable
- Prior familiarity with POS, ALOHA & OpenTable or Resy software systems highly preferred
