About the Role

Requirements

• Experience in managing large teams
• Advanced English
• Effective management, leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Excellent communication skills in all aspects: verbal, written, and non-verbal
• Excellent knowledge of all aspects of hotel operations, including food and beverage, rooms, spa, engineering, and hotel security
• Must possess a high level of financial acumen and be able to work extensively with spreadsheets, forecasts, and budgeting packages
