Gecko Hospitality is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant General Manager to lead our team in Benton, AR. The ideal candidate will lead by example, inspire their team, and collaborate with local businesses while supporting sustainability and focusing on training and development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead by example to embody and promote the restaurant’s vision.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and retain a passionate and dedicated team.
- Build relationships with local businesses and support sustainable practices.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: Up to $58,000/year

Qualifications:
- At least 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or Full-Service Restaurant Manager.
- Experience in high-volume operations ($1.5M+ annual sales).
- Proven ability to increase sales and build strong community connections.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Hands-on experience in hiring, training, and developing employees.
- Proficiency in managing financial aspects, including P&L, inventory, and labor costs.
- Strong work ethic and a passion for success.
