ABOUT THE JOB
We’re seeking an experienced Manager to oversee and elevate the operations of our restaurant and bar. Your leadership will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day functions and long-term growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team
- Creating and implementing innovative marketing strategies to drive traffic and enhance brand visibility
- Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met and exceeded
- Managing inventory levels and maintaining strong relationships with vendors
- Designing and maintaining an efficient schedule to optimize staff performance
- Monitoring financial performance, including budgeting and revenue goals
- Enhancing food and beverage programs, with a focus on craft cocktails, craft beers, and high-quality menu offerings
- Identifying opportunities for operational improvements to maximize efficiency and profitability
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in hospitality management, coupled with a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience. Key qualifications include:
- Substantial experience managing restaurants and bars in moderate-volume environments
- Strong skills in recruiting, mentoring, and leading a diverse team
- Demonstrated expertise in marketing, promotional campaigns, and community engagement
- Comprehensive understanding of inventory management and cost controls
- Knowledge of current trends in craft beverages, casual dining, and customer service
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting
