We’re seeking a motivated and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our vibrant restaurant. In this role, you’ll manage daily activities, drive sales, and ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a talented team, keeping them engaged and motivated.
- Ensure our food quality and presentation consistently exceed expectations.
- Set and achieve sales targets to drive the restaurant’s success.
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating loyal guests who keep coming back.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- A proven history of increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts with professionalism.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
Salary Range: $55,900 – $58,000 annually
