Key Responsibilities:
- Execute company policies and procedures to ensure outstanding customer service and food preparation.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and innovative thinking to drive team performance.
- Work collaboratively with the management team to hire, train, and maintain a high-performing staff.
- Handle administrative tasks such as financial reporting, scheduling, and labor cost management.
- Manage and analyze P&L reports to ensure financial goals are met.
