Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all restaurant operations to deliver outstanding customer service and high-quality products.
- Manage a team of 3-50 employees, providing guidance, oversight, and performance evaluations.
- Make staffing recommendations, including promotions, transfers, and terminations based on performance.
- Ensure efficient procurement, storage, and distribution of food, labor, and supplies to minimize waste and theft.
- Implement and maintain operational systems with complete integrity and accuracy.
- Drive catering sales and promote delivery options to increase revenue.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Hands-on experience hiring, training, and developing staff.
- Ability to drive sales growth and foster strong community relationships.
- Proficiency in financial management, including P&L statements, inventory, and cost control.
- A strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
