Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality products.
- Manage and lead a team of 3-50 employees, assigning, evaluating, and overseeing their work.
- Handle staffing decisions, including promotions, transfers, and terminations based on performance.
- Ensure efficient ordering, receipt, storage, and distribution of food, labor, and supplies to minimize waste and theft.
- Execute systems and procedures with integrity and attention to detail.
- Promote catering sales and delivery options to grow the restaurant’s presence in the community.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Hands-on experience in hiring, training, and developing team members.
- Proven ability to increase sales and build strong community relationships.
- Expertise in financial management, including P&L statements, inventory, and cost control.
- Excellent work ethic and a drive for success.
