Our Hospitality Group is seeking back-of-house talent! We are hiring full-time line cooks who are passionate about food and the hospitality industry. At least two years of prior culinary experience in a high-caliber environment are required to be considered for this role. This role requires flexible evening and weekend availability. Above all, we are seeking well-presented, positive individuals who want to be part of a fun, fast-paced work environment. Responsibilities of Line Cooks:
  • Prep ingredients, sauces, and dish components in accordance with established recipes
  • Adhere to standardized recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation while following food safety regulations
  • Follow storage and rotation guidelines to minimize waste and maintain freshness.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Enforce proper food handling, storage, and labeling practices to prevent foodborne illnesses
 
Job Requirements:
  • 2+ years prior culinary experience in fine dining or other environment of similar caliber
  • Basic kitchen knowledge, including knife skills, basic cooking techniques, safe food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with wood-fired cooking techniques is considered a plus
  • Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time and comfortably lift 50 lbs
  • Open availability – must have weekend availability
