As the IT & Digital Manager, you will lead the strategic planning, execution, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure and systems, while collaborating closely with the marketing team to drive digital initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT & Digital strategies aligned with the company’s objectives, leveraging technology trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, including networks, servers, databases, and cloud services, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
  • Application Development: Lead the integration and development of software applications for POS systems, inventory and labor management, CRM, online ordering, and accounting.
  • Data Management: Establish systems for data collection, analysis, and retrieval, empowering organizational users with actionable insights.
  • Cybersecurity: Implement policies and procedures to protect digital assets and ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage IT vendors, negotiate contracts, oversee SLAs, and monitor vendor performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams in operations, marketing, finance, and HR to deliver technology solutions that enhance operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing the IT budget, ensuring resource allocation aligns with business priorities.
  • Technical Support: Provide oversight of IT support services to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and effective communication.
  • Training & Development: Mentor and support IT field staff, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Loss Prevention: Familiarity with camera systems and loss prevention is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of IT experience, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Expertise in infrastructure management, application oversight, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
  • Proven success in developing and executing IT & Digital strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
  • Experience with Toast POS system is required.
  • Willingness to travel to restaurant locations (50% travel required).
