As a Front Desk Associate with Hospitality you have the opportunity to create lasting memories for every guest, ensuring guest interactions are memorable and positive. The connections our guests experience will ensure their return time and time again.
As a Front Desk Associate, you will
- Professionally and courteously answer phones and assist guests.
- Manage all guest check-ins and check-outs with a positive attitude.
- Provide knowledgeable information on dining, shopping, and attractions in the La Crosse Area.
- Help keep our hotel clean and inviting, ensuring that it is perfect for each guest.
- Greet guests that you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile.
- Be trained on Starbucks drinks
The ideal candidate for this role possesses good English communication skills along with a desire to provide exceptional guest service. This position requires use of computers and technology and we do train. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 25-30 pounds. You will also lift or move up to 50 pounds occasionally. You must also be able to stand and walk for an entire shift and perform repetitive motions.
